Composite Parts

One of our specialties is epoxy infusion of challenging composite parts.  Our 5-axis CNC gives us the ability to machine the molds, cut internal core materials and high density inserts that fit perfectly, along with using the CNC to post trim the part accurately to final dimensions.

Resin Infusion

We have been infusing carbon fiber and epoxy parts for over 20 years.  Difficult parts such as hatches with sharp finished details on the A and B sides of the parts can be infused in one shot and then post trimmed on the 5-axis CNC machine.  Entire boat hulls can be infused with the core materials and side decks.
